Registrations for this event are closed.
ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 14 years or older to compete in the 5,000m race and 10 years or older to compete in the 2,000m event.
Entries open Thursday 16th Novemeber 2023 and close 11:59pm Wednesday 17 January 2024. Late entries will be accepted upon avaliability.
Entries are open to both Senior Club members and the public.
Registrations are open as both indivudal and group entries. Tickets for both are found through the register button.
Group enterants are encouraged and will be provided with a discount. Anyone is eligible to enter as a group (e.g. sporting clubs). Aftering registering as a group, please download the Group Entries Form found below and complete all athletes details and return via email to piper@athleticswest.com.au.
UNIFORMS / FOOTWEAR
Senior club members can choose to wear their Club/Independent uniform, however it is not compulsory. Athletics West will not be enforcing the recent World Athletics Shoe Ruling. Bib numbers will be required to be worn which will be avaliable for pick up from TIC prior to the start time of the event. Hip numbers will also be assigned to athletes when marshalling.

Night of the 2&5 Information Pack
PRIZE MONEY
Prize money will be awarded to the fastest female and male athlete over the 5000m from the entire night, including the State Championship race.
PACERS
We are seeking pacers for both the 2000m and 5000m race. If you are interested in pacing or would like to find out more, please click here or email piper@athleticswest.com.au.
OFFICIALS & VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY REQUIRED
All of our officials are volunteers who generously donate their time to delivering athletics competitions. We will require additional support so if you are able to help, please email admin@athleticswest.com.au and let us know or let the site officials know on the day.
