Coach Education | North West Championships

Athletics West are pleased to host two coach upskilling workshops, aimed towards accredited beginner to intermediate coaches who would like to enhance their knowledge and confidence in coaching athletics events. Join Kylie Wheeler as she takes coaches through the basic of athletics coaching. Coaches will be able to interact throughout the session and develop their skill set and confidence in a variety of athletics events.

Meet the Coach | Kylie Wheeler

Kylie is a dual-Olympic heptathlete, representing Australia at Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008. She also claimed six national heptathlon championship titles between 2003 - 2008 and earning a silver medal at the 2002 and 2006 Commonwealth Games. Kylie has followed up her athletic career by sharing her wealth of knowledge through coaching and facilitating coach accreditation courses.
