This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Australian Athletics, in events for the U18, and U16 age groups only. All Other events will be ratified as a Australia Athletics Domestic permit.

The WA All Schools Championships is the premier event for school athletics competition in the State. All school-aged participants can compete against their peers from all schools.
REGISTRATIONS
ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY
Entry: Entry is open to all WA school students born in 2009-2013/2014 (inclusive). Participants do not need to be a member of Athletics West to compete, simply select the 'non-member' registration portal above if you are not registered with the Strive Program.

2026 WA All Schools Rules & Regulations
COMPETITION PROCESS
BIB COLLECTION
- All athletes will receive one (1) competition bib specific for this event.
- Bibs can be collected from the Athletics West office from Monday 26th– Thursday 29th October between (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
- On the Day TIC (Athletics West tent) collection. If collecting on the day, please allow at least 15 minutes for collection
CALL ROOM PROCESS
Call room will be in operation at the WA All Schools Championships. Call room will occur at the Southern End of the grandstand near the 100m start line.
ALL athletes must report to Call room prior to each event/discipline while ensuring that:
- You arrive within outlined timeframes, see table below
- You’re race ready
There will not be any announcements made throughout the competition for event marshalling timings and athletes will need to be aware of their event specific marshalling time frames and ensure they are reporting on time.’
PLEASE NOTE: U14 Male and U14 Female Discus will Marshall at McGillivray due to Event being held at McGillivray Oval

LATE ENTRIES
Late entries are taken solely on the availability of a vacant position. There are no guarantees of positions in events for late entrants and the number of available positions in an event will be determined at the complete discretion of Athletics West, in line with timetabling considerations and lane availability. If no entries are received for an event by the closing date, this event will be removed from the program and no late entries will be accepted.

Late entries will open at 6:00pm on Thursday 22 October 2026, and close at 11:59pm on Sunday 25 October 2026.

We ask that all Volunteers please check in for their chosen role at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Volunteers must sign in at TIC, where they will receive a Volunteer Vest, which must be returned to TIC upon completion.
