SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT | 2023 JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

Athletics West is proud to announce the athletes who will take part in the 2023 Athletics West Junior Development Squad Program.
The Junior Development Squad is part of the Athletics West athlete pathway, encouraging athletes to look towards selection in Western Australian State Teams in the 2023-24 Season and beyond. With the addition of the U14 LAC age group to the Australian Little Athletics Championships (ALAC), the squad has expanded this season to include eligible 2022-23 U13 LAC athletes.
Athletes have been selected based on achieving:
- A top 8 performance at the 2023 Little Athletics State Championships (Little Athletics Under 12 age group).
- A top 4 performance at the 2023 Little Athletics State Championships (Little Athletics Under 13 age group).
- A top 4 performance at the 2023 WA State Track and Field Championships (Athletics Australia Under 14 age group).
Session one of three is at WAAS on Sunday 24 September.
