Five of WA’s distance runners are set to represent the State at the 2025 Australian Half Marathon Championships early next month.
Set on the streets of the Gold Coast, the athletes will run 21km along the picturesque Queensland coastline from Southport through to Paradise Point and back alongside 10,000 other runners with the Australian Championship race intertwined in the Gold Coast Half Marathon on July 5.
Congratulations to Suzi McMahon, Charlotte Pickering, Marlene Lootz, Visnja Jareb and Liam Kamudu on their selection in the WA State Half Marathon team.
Australian Half Marathon Championship medals will be awarded to the first three registered men and first three registered woman.
