Athletics season is just around the corner, and there’s no better time to get involved! Whether you’re a first-timer looking to give it a go or a returning member excited for another season, our clubs and centres are opening their doors with special Come & Try Days. These sessions are a fantastic opportunity for children and families to experience the fun, fitness, and community spirit of athletics in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Check out the dates below to find a centre near you and see how easy it is to join in. From running, rolling, jumping, and throwing to making new friends and building confidence, there’s something for everyone.
