Please select 'Register' to select your parent roster for the 2023 WA State Track & Field Championships.
Please note, all parents/guardians of Under 14 to Under 18 athletes are required to fill a roster. Parents/guardians of Under 20 and Open athletes are encouraged to volunteer their time during the championships. Once you select a roster and complete the registration, the position is filled.
All volunteers are to sign in at the Technical Information Centre (TIC) no less than 20 minutes before the event. The TIC Marquee will be located on the fence line near the 100m start line.
Field Event sites have not been allocated a Roster Time as we feel this can cause issue when late Timetable changes occur or delays on Event Day. PLEASE make sure you view the timetable on the main event page to give a guide on when the roster will be. We hope this encourages you to select role based on when your athlete is competing.
Parents/Familes filling Key Officials or Team Manager roles are exempt from the Volunteer Roster.
