REFUNDS & TRANSFERS PROCESS

We have received several transfer and refund requests from different centres, so I just wanted to touch base with a reminder of the process.

Athletes who wish to withdraw their registration and meet the criteria outlined in the Athletics West Refund Policy, may submit a Refund Request Form. The completed form must be sent via email to myself to be processed.

Please note, Athletics West will not process refunds submitted directly from members. Please contact Athletics West on behalf of the member with the completed form to be processed.

If a refund is approved, you will be notified by Athletics West staff, and it will be processed back through ResultsHQ.

The Refund Policy refers to the Athletics West portion of the registration fee only. Centres and Clubs should adopt their own refund policy to ensure consistency and transparency for their members.

Refund policy can be downloaded here: https://cdn.revolutionise.com.au/cups/waathletics/files/hlkdjvh25gwikthg.pdf

Refund request form can be downloaded here: https://cdn.revolutionise.com.au/cups/waathletics/files/kolgexw1fca9gglx.pdf

For transfers between Centres, an Athlete Transfer Form should be completed by both the old and new Centres and signed by the parent/guardian. The completed form then needs to be sent to Athletics West office for approval.

Athletes transferring from one Centre to another have already paid the Association registration fee and do not have to pay again.

Details instructions on what is required at each step of the process can be found here:
