Club & Centre Affiliation

 

Affiliation for 2024-25 Athletics West Season will open on Wednesday, 10th August and will need to be completed by the 28th August 2024. 

Please note, it is important all affiliate members have completed the necessary affiliation requirements including payment of fees to enable your club or centre to be financial and vote at the Athletics West AGM.

2024/25 AFFILIATION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: 

STEP ONE: DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE AFFILIATION FORM

  • Clubs/Centres will need to complete and return the affiliation form via email to brayden@athleticswest.com.au with all requested documents attached. 
  • Athletics West will then update your RevSport profiles to reflect the supplied information.

STEP TWO: PAY YOUR AFFILIATION FEE

  • Once Athletics West has confirmed all requirements have been meet, Athletics West will provide you with an invoice to process payment for your Affiliation fee. Please allow 3-4 business days after submitting your form to receive your invoice. 
  • You can pay online or by bank deposit using the bank details on your invoice.  
  • Please reference your payment with ‘AFF Club Name’ to allow us to track your payment.

 

Once Affiliation has been completed, Athletics West will provide you with the following: 

  • Insurance – You will be sent a copy of your Certificate of Currency. These will be made available to Athletics West to share in mid-September. 
  • REVSport Portal – You will be given access to your restricted portal in RevSport which will give you access to a website. Athlete registration is on RegistrationHQ (Little A's centres only)
  • Registrar Guide - The Registrar Information Handbook will be provided to assist you in preparation for the upcoming season. The handbook includes information on how to roll over your season in Results HQ and/or RevSport and other important information.
  • Bibs: There will be no age tags this season. Athletes are to write their age on their bib in the space provided in the top right-hand corner.  Athletics West has pre-determined an allocation of bibs per centre and will allocate numbers once your centre has completed affiliation. Athletics West will advise when bibs are available for collection/postage as new stock is on order. We anticipate delivery by mid-September. Senior members will collect their bibs from TIC on their first night of competition, as per previous years. 

 

OPENING REGISTRATIONS

It’s important to note, that you must be in receipt of the completed affiliation form and affiliation fee before you start accepting registrations. 

You will receive an email from Athletics West once the registration system is ready for you to set up your new season. Clubs and Centres need to ensure rollover DOES NOT take place until after this email is received. 

  • Rollover on Results HQ for Little Athletics will happen in mid-August. 
  • Rollover on RevSport for Senior Clubs is on Thursday 29th of August.
