This is the nomination form for anyone who wishes to be considered for the positions of WA State Team Manager(s) for the upcoming National Championship Events

1. Australian All Schools Athletics Championships (8-10 December 2023, Perth WA)
2. Australian Track and Field Championships (11-19 April 2024, Adelaide SA)
3. Australian Little Athletics Championships (26-28 April 2024, Adelaide SA)
4. Junior International Tour (July 2024 school holidays, Malaysia)

ROLE WA TEAM MANAGERS | This position is responsible for the management support of state team athletes including;

1. Ensuring athletes are aware of the competition rules and regulations
2. Responsbile for coaching, prepration, supervision, care and general management of the athletes during all activities
3. Ensuring athletes are aware of competition and call room times
4. Assisting state team manager in the delivery of athlete support services
5. Assisting the state team manager in resolving any athlete issues as they arise
6. Ensuring appropriate duty of care protocols are followed during all activities

To be considered for this role you must have a

• current Working With Children Check
• Complete Sport Integrity Australia e-learning
• Complete Play by the Rules Child Protection modules
• previous experience in athletics team management 
• National Police Clearance 
• Be minimum age of 18

WA State Team Assistant Manager is a voluntary role though return flights, accommodation, team polo and a meal allowance will be provided during the championship. Except Australian All Schools Championships in Perth, Team Managers will receive some meals and team polo.
